  • Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
  • Dates(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Rava – 2(Suji) - 4 tbsp
  • Rice flakes – 2(Aval) - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Jagggery(Sharkara) - 2 tbsp
  • Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 10 nos
  • Cashew nuts - 10 nos
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing dates laddu, first heat ghee in a nonvstick pan.
  2. Add grated coconut, sugar, jaggery and mix well till sugar and jaggery melts.
  3. Add rava and rice flakes(aval), chopped dates, cashews and raisins. Mix well for 2-4 minutes. Turn off flame.
  4. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Shape into small balls. Dates laddu is ready.
