Instructions
  1. For preparing deep fried duck with minced shrimps and chicken, chop the onions finely and mix it with duck meat, minced chicken, minced shrimps, beaten eggs, thai herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture out on a greased baking tray.
  3. Cover it with aluminium foil and cook it in a preheated oven(medium heat) for 7 minutes. Allow it to cool and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Deep fry it in oil,
  5. Deep fried duck with minced shrimps and chicken is ready. Serve immediately.
