Instructions
  1. For preparing deep fried shrimps chutney, remove the head of the shrimps.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the shrimps on low flame till it becomes golden brown in colour. Remove it and keep it aside to cool.
  3. Grind the deep fried prawns and dry red chillies into a fine powder.
  4. Add this above powder in a bowl.
  5. Mix in tamarind juice, melted jaggery and salt. Add more tamarind juice if required.
  6. Deep fried shrimps chutney is ready. Serve as a side dish.
