Instructions
  1. For preparing delicious beef cutlets, cook the beef and potatoes in salt water. Pressure cook it till done and evaporate the water completely.
  2. Grind the cooked beef pieces.
  3. In a bowl mash the potatoes with the back of the fork.
  4. Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and add in onions, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilly powder and pepper powder. Saute and mix well. Stir in ground beef and potato. Mix well.
  5. Take a little of the mixture and make it in a cutlet shape.
  6. Dip each cutlet in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both the sides till it becomes brown in colour.
  8. Delicious beef cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
