Delicious Biscuit Dessert
Easy and simple dessert with biscuit,cashew and butter.

  • Arrowroot/Tea biscuit [crushed] – 35nos
  • Unsalted butter – 100gm.[at
  • Cashew [crushed] – 4tblsp
  • Powdered sugar 1cup
  • Cocoa powder/Coffee powder 1.5tsp
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/4tsp
  • Egg 1.
  1. In a bowl,beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat the egg very well and pour to the bowl.
  3. Add cocoa/coffee powder, crushed biscuits,cashew and mix it well.Then add vanilla essence mix it again.
  4. Then transfer this biscuit mixture in an aluminum foil and roll it as shown in the picture.Keep it in freezer for 25-30 minutes for setting.
  5. After 30 minutes take it out from the freezer and cut it and serve.Enjoy the delicious biscuit dessert.
Recipe Notes

The dessert will melt,if kept outside for a long time.So keep it in the refrigerator and take it out only when required.
