Instructions
  1. For preparing delicious mutton curry, marinate the mutton with 2 tbsp meat masla, pepper powder, salt and curd for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Fry onions, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves.
  4. Add in the remaining meat masla and fry well.
  5. Toss in the marinated mutton and add water. Allow it to cook.
  6. Once it is done, allow it to boil with the lid opened. When it is nearly dry, add in the coconut milk. Let it boil for 1 minute.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
  8. Delicious mutton curry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi, rice, etc
