Instructions
  1. For preparing delicious pineapple pudding, in a saucepan, mix in maida and brown sugar.
  2. Slowly stir in the milk and cook it on medium flame until it becomes thick. Remove it from the heat.
  3. Slowly stir in about 1 cup hot mixture into egg yolks. (Be very careful if not the eggs will scramble)
  4. Return all into the saucepan and allow it to boil on low flame.
  5. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame.
  6. Add in butter and vanilla essence. Allow it to cool to room temperature(stirring in between).
  7. Slowly fold in the whipped cream.
  8. In a big bowl, layer a third of the pudding.
  9. Top it with finely chopped pineapple and walnuts.
  10. Again on top of the pineapple put a layer of pudding. Repeat the procedure with the remaining pudding.
  11. Place it in the fridge to cool.
  12. Delicious pineapple pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
