Instructions
  1. For preparing delicious prawn cutlets, grind the cooked prawns in a blender. 2)In a bowl mix all the ingredients: ground prawns, mashed potato, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, chilly powder, garam masala, vinegar and required salt. 3)Beat the eggs in a bowl and keep it aside.
  2. Shape the prawn mixture into cutlets and dip it in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry in oil on low flame.
  4. Delicious prawn cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
