Ingredients
Chicken Marination:
  • Chicken : 100 gm –
  • Saffron : few strands –
  • Milk : 1 tsp –
  • Garlic : 4 to 5 nos –
  • Chilly powder :½ tsp –
  • Jeera powder : ½ tsp –
  • Salt as needed –
Other :
  • Oil to fry –
Instructions
  1. Heat milk with saffrons added.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces, clean them .
  3. Add the saffron boiled milk to the chicken and mix it.
  4. To this add the crushed garlics and mix.
  5. Add chilly and jeera powder, mix well. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
  6. In a bowl add the batter dry ingredients and mix it well.
  7. Add the jeera and turmeric powder and mix well with water.
  8. To this add the chicken and marinate for half an hour.
  9. Fry it in oil.
  10. Serve hot with any chutney / sauce.
