Instructions
  1. For preparing delicious spicy beef dry, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the beef pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt over night.
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onions till golden brown with curry leaves.
  4. Add in cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, cloves powder and cinnamon powder. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
  5. Toss in the marinated beef pieces and fry it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour required water, close the lid and allow the beef to cook.
  7. Open the lid and boil it till it becomes dry. Keep mixing it.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
  9. Delicious spicy beef dry is ready. Serve hot with chapati, bread, etc.
