Easy uttapam with semolina, maida and other ingredients

  • All purpose flour(Maida) – 1cup
  • Semolina(Rava) – 1/2cup
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) – 6nos
  • Onions(finely chopped) – 1cup
  • Curd – 1cup
  • Tomatoes(sliced round) – 2nos
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 5tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing delicious tomato uttapam, take a bowl, mix in maida, semolina, curd, a little water and salt.
  2. Add in green chillies, onions, coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  3. Heat a non stick tawa. Take a ladle full of the batter and spread it on the tawa.
  4. Add oil and fry both the sides.
  5. Last, press tomato slices on it.
  6. Delicious tomato uttapam is ready. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
