Ingredients
  • Egg : 3 nos –
  • Sugar : 3 tsp –
  • Salt : a pinch –
  • Flour : 3 tsp –
  • Lemon jelly Powder : ½ Packet (can use any other flavor also) –
  • Ghee / Oil : 1 tsp –
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs together with sugar.
  2. Mix well the flour and jelly powder with salt.
  3. Fold this to the egg-sugar mixture.

  5. Pour to a deep, oiled, non-stick pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame, lid closed.
