  1. Mix together drumstick leaves, grated coconut, green chillies, curry leaves and required salt in an earthen pot and cover with a lid.
  2. Cook the drumstick leaves in medium heat until done. Remove the pot from flame and keep aside.
  3. Take a frying pan and pour oil. Crackle mustard seeds and pour the cooked drumstick mixture into the pan and saute until dry.
  4. Drumstick leaves thoran, an highly nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
