Instructions
  1. For preparing dry chilly chicken, heat oil in a vessel and sautT onions till transparent.
  2. Add in ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, capsicum and tomato. SautT for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce and pepper powder. Mix it with a very little water.
  4. Toss in the chicken and mix it well. Allow it to cook in low flame until done covering with a lid.
  5. Then add in the corn flour mixture and vinegar. Mix it well and allow it to simmer till it becomes thick.
  6. Dry chilly chicken is ready. Serve hot.
