  • Walnuts(shelled) – 1/2cup
  • Dry figs – 1/2cup
  • Raisins 1/2cup
  • Dates(pitted) – 1/2cup
  • Orange Rind(grated) – 1/2tsp
  • Orange juice – 1/2tbsp
  • Confectioners` sugar(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing dry fruit dollops, put all dry fruits in a grinder and grind coarsely.
  2. Blend it with orange juice and orange rind. knead to thick dough.
  3. Shape into balls, roll them into sugar and serve thoroughly chilled.
