Instructions
  1. For preparing dry tomato chicken, grind together garlic, ginger, tomatoes, garam masala, chilly powder, cumin powder, pepper, powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the chicken pieces on low flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the above paste, tomato sauce and salt. Saute well for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Then add in the fresh cream and capsicum. Mix well and allow it to cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Close the lid.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Dry tomato chicken is ready. Serve hot.
