Instructions
  1. For preparing duck egg dry fry, grind together garlic, dry red chillies, shallots, pepper and a little water to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds. Drop in the curry leaves.
  3. Add the ground paste and chilly powder. Saute well.
  4. Then add in the boiled potatoes and pour 1/2 cup of water and required salt. Allow it to cook with the lid on.
  5. Cut each of the egg`s in four halves.
  6. Once the water dries up a bit, add in the eggs. Cook for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Duck egg dry fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
