  • Italian dressing - 1 cup
  • Barbeque sauce - 1 cup
  • Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon zest - 1 tbsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing duck marinade, take a bowl and mix in worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, italian dressing, barbecue sauce, garlic paste and pepper powder.
  2. Marinate the duck in this mixture over night.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the duck till it is cooked on low flame.
  4. Duck fry is ready. Serve hot.
