Instructions
  1. For preparing duck roast, cut the duck into about 8 big pieces.
  2. In a vessel add in duck, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cloves, cinnamon, onions and salt with required water. Allow the duck to cook.
  3. Strain it and keep the stock aside(do not throw away the stock).
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the duck till brown in colour.
  5. Remove the pieces and keep it aside.
  6. Pour in the remaining stock into the pan and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Toss in the fried duck and boil it till the stock dries.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well and remove it from the flame
  9. Duck roast is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
