  • Pine nuts(roasted) - 2 tbsp
  • Parsley(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Thyme - 1 spring

  • Lemon rind(grated) - 1 tbsp
  • Stilton cheese(crumbled) - 250 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing duck with stilton cheese, blend the pine nuts, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper powder and lemon rind.
  2. Pound the duck breasts lightly to flatten them. Spread the ground mixture on one side and top it with cheese.
  3. Roll them up, wrap the rolls individually in foil and seal well.
  4. Steam it in an idly vessel until it is cooked through.
  5. Remove the duck from the heat, discard the foil and cut the duck rolls into slices.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges.
