Instructions
  1. For preparing duck`s egg dry fry, grind together garlic, dry red chillies, shallots, pepper and a little water to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds. Drop in the curry leaves.
  3. Add the paste and chilly powder. Mix well.
  4. Cut the boiled potatoes and add it in the paste. Pour 1/2 cup of water and salt. Allow it to cook with the lid on.
  5. Cut each of the egg`s in four halves.
  6. Once the water dries up a bit, add in the eggs. Cook for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Duck`s egg dry fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
