  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add curry leaves and onion and saute well.
  3. When the onions turn golden brown, add turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala powder.
  4. Cook till the raw smell goes.
  5. Add the tomatoes and mix well.
  6. Wen the above ingredients are cooked well, add salt to taste.
  7. Finally, cut the eggs and stir well with the above ingredients.
  8. Keep stirring, till the egg is cooked properly.
  9. :- If you want it in gravy type, add some coconut milk also.
