  • Noodles - 200 g
  • Eggs - 5 nos
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • garlic(minced) - 1 clove
  • Carrot(finely chopped) - 100 g
  • Tomato(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy egg noodles, cook the noodles in boiling water. Remove it from flame and drain it.
  2. Scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. Remove it and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the vegetables one by one.
  4. Add soya sauce and pepper powder to it. Mix well.
  5. Add the scrambled eggs to the above mixture and stir well.
  6. Add the above mixture to the cooked noodles and stir it well on low flame with a little water.
  7. After some time remove it from the flame.
  8. Easy egg noodles is ready. Serve hot.
