  • garlic(finely chopped) - 15 cloves
  • Onions(chopped) - 3 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum(chopped, red, yellow, green) - 3 tbsp
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Celery(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy garlic chicken, cook chicken in a pressure cooker with 1 tbsp butter, water and salt. Once it cooks remove from the flame.
  2. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp butter. Fry in the garlic and onions till light brown.
  3. Add in soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and capsicum. Mix well for some time.
  4. Then add in the cooked chicken pieces. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
  5. Pour the chicken stock into a bowl with 1 tbsp of corn flour. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  6. Add it in the chicken and mix well(do not allow it to boil).
  7. Garnish with celery and sugar. Mix well.
  8. Easy garlic chicken is ready. Serve with chapathi, paratha, etc.
