  1. For preparing easy green gram curry, cook green gram with chilly powder, 1 spring of curry leaves, turmeric powder, onion, salt, garlic, cumin seeds and green chilly in a pressure cooker with a little water.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes with coconut.
  3. Easy green gram curry is ready. Serve with chapathi, puttu, dosa, etc.
