  • Tomatoes(chopped and ground) - 2 nos
  • garlic(paste) - 2 cloves

  • Green chillies(ground) - 2 nos
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy green peas gravy, cook soaked green peas in water and salt in a pressure cooker.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the ground onions till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add in the ground ginger and garlic.
  4. Then add in the ground tomatoes and saute till the oil separates.
  5. Sprinkle in salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and chilly powder.
  6. Toss in the cooked green peas and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.
  8. Easy green peas gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
