  • Briyani rice(washed) - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  • Chicken soup cube - 1 no
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 4 springs
  • garlic(grated) - 5 cloves
  • Capsicum(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk - 450 g
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy liver rice soup, in a vessel cook the rice with chicken liver, garlic, spring onions, lemon juice, pepper powder, chicken soup cube and 4 cups of water.
  2. Then pour in the coconut milk and toss in the capsicum. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Easy liver rice soup is ready. Serve hot.
