Instructions
  1. For preparing easy mint chutney, grind together mint leaves, green chillies, grated coconut, ginger and salt to a fine paste.
  2. Pour in the lime juice and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and toss in the curry leaves. Mix it well with mint chutney.
  5. Easy mint chutney is ready. Serve with dosa, idly, etc.
