Easy Paneer Kadai
This is a good curry for chapathi and rice.It is an easy curry for working women to cook fasti within 5 minutes.

  1. Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and gram masala sauté for a minute.
  4. Add paneer cubes and saute for a minute.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water and coriander leaves saute for a minute.
  6. Add kasthuri methi to this and stir for a minute.
  7. Now easy paneer kadai is ready.
