  • Shallots(finely cubed) - 2 cups
  • Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup

  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(finely cubed) - 1 no
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy prawn fried rice, heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add in the prawns, shallots, capsicum, corn, peas and carrots. Stir until half cooked.
  3. Toss in the rice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring it in intervals.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and stir it.
  5. Easy prawn fried rice is ready. Serve hot.
