Ingredients
  • Chicken Sausage – 1packet
  • Garlic pods – 4nos
  • Onion(cut into small pieces, big) – 2nos
  • Green chillies 3nos
  • Chilly powder – 2tbsp
  • Canned tomato puree – 1cup
  • Water 1 1/2cups
  • Coriander leaves(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil for cooking –
Instructions
  1. Cut sausages into small pieces. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Saute garlic followed by onions and green chillies.
  4. Saute till onions turn light brown.
  5. Add chilly powder, salt and tomato puree.
  6. When oil separates from gravy, add the cut sausages.
  7. Pour required amount of water.
  8. Cover and cook till sausage is cooked well.
  9. :- It turns big and fluffy.
  10. Garnish with little finely chopped coriander leaves.
