  • All purpose flour(Maida) – 600gm
  • Eggs – 10nos
  • Butter(As reqd) –
  • Red chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2tbsp
  • Onions – 4nos
  • Fresh Pepper – 1tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil
  1. Heat water, salt and butter in a vessel.
  2. When it boils and get mixed well without lumps, add Maida to this and mix well.
  3. Cook it with hot water and butter. Allow it to reduce the temperature.
  4. Add the beaten egg and mix it evenly. With the remaining heat the egg gets cooked.
  5. Add chopped onions, chopped green chilly, crushed fresh pepper, coriander leaves and chilly powder and mix well.
  6. Make small balls of the batter and deep fry in oil. When it turns to golden brown, drain and remove.
  7. :- Serve it with sauce or any chutney.
