Instructions
  1. For preparing egg chicken sandwich roll, cook the boneless chicken in a little salt water. Drain the water and shred the chicken.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture and scramble it.
  4. Then add in the cheese and shredded chicken. Mix well.
  5. Spoon mixture down the center of each chapatti and roll it up.
  6. Egg chicken sandwich rolls are ready. Serve immediately.
