  1. Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.
  2. Add garam masala powder red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
  3. Add boiled eggs (cut into halves). Add salt, ground cocunut, let it boil in a low flame.
  4. Egg curry ready.
