Egg Omlette In Italian Style
Whisked eggs mixed with pieces of bread, milk, onion and cheese

  • Eggs – 2nos
  • Bread slices – 1no
  • Onion(minced) – 1/4cup
  • Cheese(grated) – 1/4cup
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) –
  • Milk(Enough to soak bread) –
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. Separate the egg yolk and white.
  2. Break the bread into small pieces and soak in required milk.
  3. Take a frying pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and saute onions until light brown.
  4. Pour the sauted onions into the bread mixture.
  5. Add yolk of eggs, cheese, pepper and salt to the bread mixture.
  6. Beat the egg white and fold it into the bread mixture.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture. Cover with a lid and cook in a gentle heat.
  8. When one side is done, fry the other side too.
  9. Egg omelette in italian style is ready and serve hot.
