Egg Paneer Biriyani
Egg paneer biriyani is a simple and awesome biriyani . This is mildly spiced and tastes very good with raitha. The eggs and paneer are marinated with some spices and tossed in butter before they get into the biriyani. Here we use tomato puree and onions to the base the biriyani . finally we add the tossed eggs and paneer to give extra rich taste.

Ingredients
  • basmati rice soaked 1 cup –
  • boiled eggs 4 –
  • paneer cubes 1 cup –
  • red chilli powder 2 sp. –
  • besan 1 sp –
  • ginger garlic paste 2 sp –
  • coriander powder 1 sp –
  • Bay leaf: 1 –
  • Cinnamon: 1 –
  • Cloves – 2 –
  • Cardamom : 2 –
  • Green chilli : 2 –
  • mint few leafs –
  • onions 1 cupsliced –
  • Tomato puree : 1 cup –
Instructions
  1. marinate boiled eggs and paneer in red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, and besan
  2. now toss the marinated eggs and paneer in butter
  3. in oil add the spices and green chilli and mint
  4. add tomato puree and onions and ginger garlic paste and salt
  5. add soaked rice and stir few mins
  6. when the rice 3/4th cooked add the tossed eggs and paneer
  7. eggs and paneer added
  8. cover the lid for 10mins and serve
