Ingredients
  • Boiled Eggs – 5nos
  • Potato(cooked &mashed) – 1cup
  • Mayonaise sauce – 1cup
  • Garlic sauce – 1tbsp
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Parsley(chopped) –
  • olive oil(For drizzling) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing egg-potato salad, first remove yolks from egg.
  2. Chop the egg into cubes.
  3. Combine potato, mayonaise, garlic sauce, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  4. Mash well the potatoes.
  5. Add parsley and eggs.
  6. Transfer into a salad bowl. Drizzle olive oil above.
