  1. Boil egg and keep it aside.
  2. Heat a pan add oil in it and when it gets hot add onion , ginger , garlic and saute it well.
  3. When it gets brown .
  4. Add tomato in it.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Stir for 5 minutes.

  8. Stir for 3 minutes.
  9. Add egg by slicing little on its egg white so that the masala get mixed with it.
  10. Enter Step
  11. Stir well and close it for 5 minutes.
  12. Transfer to the serving dish.
