Egg Rolls
Egg roll recipe is a easy and delicious filled with veggies you like. This is an excellent recipe to hold all your favorite vegetables and gobble up in times of hunger. This recipe is so simple to make and it is done in three stages . first mix the vegetables in egg and pour it in greased pan . slowly roll it and bring to one side and again pour the egg mix ,cook and roll. Same way we do it until the mix gets over . then cut to small circle pieces and serve.

Ingredients
  • Eggs : 4 nos –
  • onions chop 1/2 cup –
  • carrots chop 1/2 cup –
  • capsicum chop 1/2 cup –
  • Salt and pepper to taste –
  • Coriander leaves : few –
Instructions
  1. put the chipped onions, carrots and capsicum in a bowl
  2. add eggs
  3. add pepper and salt
  4. grease pan with oil
  5. pour one ladle and spread it
  6. roll it one side and again pour the egg mix
  7. roll it again and again until done cut and serve
