Instructions
  1. For preparing egg with potato and beans, scramble the egg with salt in oil and keep it aside.
  2. In the same pan, sautT potato, beans, onions and green chilly with a little water.
  3. Add in turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and curry leaves. Allow it to cook on slow flame.
  4. Toss in the scrambled egg and mix well.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and mix till it becomes dry.
  6. Egg with potato and beans is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
