Instructions
  1. For preparing eid special mutta marichathu, boil bananas in a little water and drain the water once it has cooked. Allow it to cool.
  2. Chop the bananas into small pieces.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, roast cashews and raisins. Keep it aside.
  4. Then fry the chopped banana pieces on both the sides in the same pan with a little ghee.
  5. In a bowl, break in the eggs.
  6. Into the eggs, beat in cardamom powder and powdered sugar.
  7. Combine the bananas, cashews, raisins, salt and the beaten egg mixture.
  8. Heat a pressure cooker and grease it with a little ghee.
  9. Pour the banana-egg mixture into it and cover it with the lid, without the weight.
  10. Allow it to cook this on low flame for 15 minutes. Check it occasionally by inserting a tooth pick to see if the dish is cooked inside.
  11. Once done, remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
  12. Eid special mutta marichathuis ready. Serve it in a plate.
