Ingredients
  • Sambhar dal(Sambar parippu) – 1cup
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Garlic pod(mashed) – 1small
  • Curry leaves 6
Instructions
  1. Pressure cook dal upto 1 whistle.
  2. :- After cooking, do not drain the water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry garlic and curry leaves, till garlic turns slighly golden.
  5. Add salt to taste and chilly powder.
  6. Pour the fried ingredients into the cooked dal and gently stir.
  7. :- Serve hot.
