Instructions
  1. For preparing fenugreek pakoras, in a bowl mix in fenugreek leaves, gram flour, onion, green chillies, cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, soda-bi-carb and salt with required water to make a thick batter. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. Scoop a spoon full of the mixture into the hot oil and allow it to cook on low flame till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  4. Fenugreek pakoras are ready. Serve hot at tea time.
