Instructions
  1. For preparing fenugreek with potato, pressure cook the whole potatoes and peel it. Cut it into cubes and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add in the cumin seeds and fry it for 1 minute on low flame.
  4. Then add in garlic paste, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Fry it for 1 minute on low flame.
  5. Mix in the tomato puree and toss in the potatoes. Mix it well and allow it cook covered on a low flame for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove cover, allow the water to evaporate and remove it from the flame.
  7. Fenugreek with potato is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
