Instructions
  1. For preparing festival coconut balls, take a large bowl and mix in carrots, mashed dates, cashew nuts, grated jaggery and almonds.
  2. Make small balls out of the mixture and keep it aside.
  3. Roll each ball in the grated coconut.
  4. Festival coconut balls are ready. Serve immediately.
