  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 1 1/2 bar
  • Nestle cream - 2 cans
  • Condensed milk - 1 small
  • Tropical fruits - 1 can
  • Bananas - 2 nos
  • Small bottles of young coconut(nata de coco:available in chinese/filipino supermarkets) - 2 or
  • Palm fruit(also available in the same section as above) - 1 bottle

Instructions
  1. Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk and nestle cream. Drain the fruits, coconut and the palm fruit.
  2. Mix the fruit mixture with the blended cheese and cream.
  3. Add sugar if required for your taste.
  4. If you think the mixture is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding milk. Refrigerate and use.
  5. Cut the bananas and add to the salad just before serving.
