  • Rice(cooked) – 2cups
  • Fish fillets(cooked) – 1cup
  • Onions(finely sliced) – 2nos
  • Peas(cooked) – 1/2cup
  • Carrot(chopped and cooked) – 1no
  • Spring onions(chopped and cooked) – 2springs
  • Fish sauce – 1tbsp
  • Butter – 2tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing fish in rice with veggies, melt butter in a vessel.
  2. Saute in the onions till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  3. Add in the cooked carrot, cooked peas, cooked rice, cooked spring onions, cooked fish, pepper powder, fish sauce and required salt.
  4. Fry the rice well for 2 minutes.
  5. Fish in rice with veggies is ready. Serve hot.
