  • Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos

  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme(finely chopped) - 1 spring

  • Lemon juice - 5 tbsp
  • Lemon zest - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing fish with lemony potato, cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker with salt water. Drain it and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel, saute onions, tomato, salt, cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Then add in the chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
  4. Toss in the potatoes and fish fillets. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice, thyme, lemon zest and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  6. Fish with lemony potato is ready. Serve hot.
