Five Mini Uttappam
Five Mini Uttappam is an excellent healthy breakfast especially for the school going kids. The different colours and flavours of vegetables are used here. So it will be a fulfilled snacks too. This is famous in Tamil Nadu.

Ingredients
  • Dosa batter – 1cup
  • Carrot 2tsp
  • Onion 5tsp
  • Tomato 2tsp
  • Idly Podi – 2tsp
  • Mint – 1tsp
  • Oil for greasing –
Instructions
  1. For dosa Batter you can grind . rice 1 cup and urad dal 1/4 cup . soak for two hours and grind and ferment for 6 hours and add salt Mix well and keep aside .
  2. Now keep ready with chopped vegges
  3. In tawa grease oil and pour small uttappam three and sprinkle Onion , carrot and mint in each batter cook both side and keep aside
  4. Now Pour two again sprinkle podi and tomato and cook both side and keep aside
  5. Now its ready to serve mini uttappam
