  1. Make 4 big chappathi`s(the diameter will be 1.5 times of a normal chapathi).
  2. Grate cucumber and carrot.
  3. All the vegetables should be cut very thinly including onion.
  4. Mix the vegetables with pepper powder, tomato sauce, mustard sauce and salt.
  5. Divide the above mix into 4 different parts, each one for each chappathy.
  6. Place one portion vegetable mix in the centre of the chappathy and fold from the side. Repeat with remaing chappathis. Serve and enjoy.
